She was participated and directed several national and international research projects. She has received several awards among which stand out: PhD. Thesis Award at the University of Havana, Alma Mater, University Research Awards (UH and Environment), MES Award to the result already applied in conservation of the environment in Cuba 2014, co-author of the Academy of Sciences of Cuba Awards 2012, 2013, Prize of the Rector to the Distinguished Researcher 2014 and 2018 and Prize of the Rector to the Most Integral Professor in 2018, University of Havana.
